    • Operated and maintained boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and air handlers. I also performed daily rounds and readings on all equipment.
    • Performed plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, locksmith, and other duties as assigned. Maintained and repaired all building systems.
    • Worked on various types of heating and cooling systems, including air conditioning units, split systems, and chilled water pumps.

The hiring industry is continually evolving. If we compare the scenarios of the past to the present, we can find an increase in competition in the overall industry.
